§ 23.54. Conduct of business or commercial activity.

(1)

Permission required. No person shall engage in any business or commercial activity of any nature whatsoever on the airport except with the written approval of the Airport Manager and the Airport Board and under such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.

(2)

Advertising and solicitation. No person shall solicit fares, alms or funds for any purpose and no signs, advertisements or circulars may be posted or distributed at the airport without the permission of the Airport Manager or his representative.
