§ 23.60. Aircraft.

(1)

Certificated air carrier. A schedule of rates and charges for all certificated air carriers shall be established by the Airport Board and reviewed whenever necessary and appropriate. Fees shall include the following: landing fees, floor rental charges and any other charges pertinent to the operation of the airport. These charges shall apply to all certificated scheduled and nonscheduled air carriers desiring to use the airport without discrimination. Landing charges will be based on a weight/minimum basis.

Private and commercial aircraft. The terms and fees for such operations and a certificate showing the scope of the operations which are authorized by the airport shall be obtained by persons or firms desiring to enter into commercial activities. Landing fees for other aviation or local operators shall be established by the Airport Board and reviewed whenever necessary and appropriate.

(3)

Placement of aircraft. The Airport Manager reserves the right to designate specific parking areas for use by any or all aircraft at any time.
